Peter Nixon

Peter Nixon has spent more than three decades in the investment industry, specializing in the natural resource sector and working primarily in research and institutional sales. He was also a founder of the investment firm Goepel Shields & Partners and was subsequently President of the firm’s subsidiary in the United States. Mr. Nixon was Senior Vice President of Dundee Securities Corporation from June 1998 to December 2000, where his mandate was to expand the company’s activities in the United States. He is also a member of The Institute of Corporate Directors.

Jonathan Goodman

Jonathan Goodman, President and CEO of Dundee Corporation, is also President and CEO of Dundee Goodman Merchant Partners, a mining focused merchant bank.

Mr. Goodman served as CEO of Dundee Precious Metals (DPM-T) from 1995 to 2013, as Executive Chairman from April 2013 to September 2017, at which time he was appointed Chairman.

Mr. Goodman has over 30 years of experience in the resource and investment industry, working as a geologist, senior analyst, portfolio manager and as CEO of a producing mining company. Mr. Goodman joined Goodman & Company, Investment Counsel Ltd. in 1990, where he was responsible for the selection of Canadian equities and played a major role in developing asset allocation strategies, before becoming the company’s President. He is also one of the founding partners of Goepel Shields and Partners, an investment firm. Mr. Goodman graduated from the Colorado School of Mines as a Professional Engineer, holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Toronto and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Tanya Covassin

Tanya Covassin is an experienced investment professional known for her international experience and capital markets acumen. She has extensive board experience having served as a director of over a dozen various private and public companies, both domestically and internationally. She currently serves as a member of the OSFI regulated Community Trust Corporation Board, ONroute and is a Trustee for the Upper Canada College Foundation. She is also a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors.

In addition to her global Board work, Tanya has a strong background in both investment banking and private equity. She has originated, structured, executed and managed large-scale private and public investments and financings. Tanya has played key roles in investment strategy, succession planning, strategic business plans and government regulation.

Isabel Meharry

Isabel Meharry FCPA, FCA is a board advisor and retired C-Suite leader with extensive experience in strategy, finance, operations, business development and investments. Her areas of expertise include financial, risk management, audit, and corporate governance. Ms. Meharry commenced her career at Peat Marwick (KPMG), and has held senior positions at Green Shield Canada, FEI Canada, Aviva, ICBC, Manulife/North American Life, and Canadian Tire Corporation. She is currently Chair of the Compliance Audit Committee for the City of Toronto, and a director of Aprio, and the Buffalo Fort Erie Bridge Authority.

Ms. Meharry holds an MBA from Schulich School of Business, and an Honours BA in Economics from the University of Toronto. She is a Director’s College (McMaster University) graduate holding both her C. Dir and A.C.C. (Audit Committee Certified). In 2009, Ms. Meharry was awarded her fellowship by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario (CPA Ontario).

Andrew Molson

A lawyer by training, M. Molson is chairman of AVENIR GLOBAL, a network uniting seven strategic communications firms across Canada, the U.S., Europe and the Middle East, including NATIONAL Public Relations, AXON, Madano, SHIFT Communications, Padilla, Cherry and Hanover. He is also chairman of Molson Coors Brewing Company and serves on several boards of directors, including Groupe Deschênes and the CH Group, owner of evenko and the Montreal Canadiens. Mr. Molson participates on several non-profit boards, including the Institute for Governance of Private and Public Organizations, Concordia University Foundation, the evenko foundation for emerging talent, Business for the Arts, the Québec Blue Cross, the Montreal General Hospital Foundation and the Molson Foundation, a family foundation dedicated to the betterment of Canadian society.

Allen J. Palmiere

Mr. Palmiere is a Chartered Accountant by training, with over 35 years of extensive experience in managing operations in national and international environments. Mr. Palmiere’s experience includes extensive operational and executive management roles in dynamic environments, M&A and financing. Mr. Palmiere’s former positions include Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board, HudBay Minerals Inc., Executive Chairman, Barplats Investments Ltd., President and CEO, Silk Road Resources Ltd, Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Zemex Corporation, President and Chief Executive Officer, Breakwater Resources Ltd.

Mr. Palmiere has served on several boards of public companies and charitable organizations.

Bruce McLeod

Mr. McLeod is a Mining Engineer with over 30 years of experience in all areas of the mining industry. Most recently, he was the President and CEO of Sabina Gold & Silver Corp. until Sabina was acquired by B2Gold Corp. in April 2023 for C$1.2B. Mr. McLeod also served as a director of Kaminak Gold Corp., which was acquired by Goldcorp Inc. for $520 million in 2016. Prior to that, he served in a senior capacity with a number of operating and development mining ventures, including President and CEO of Mercator Minerals Ltd.; President, CEO and director of Creston Moly Corp.; and founder of both Sherwood Copper Corp. and Stornoway Diamond Corp. He also served on the board of directors of Palmarejo Silver and Gold Corp. (acquired by Coeur D’Alene Mines for $1.2 billion) and Ariane Gold (acquired by Cambior Inc.) and has been involved in numerous projects at various stages of development while with the Northair Group. Mr. McLeod was the co-recipient of AME BC’s E.A. Scholz award for excellence in mine development in 2009 and primarily focuses on project development, strategic planning and financing activities.
